Time for a lighthearted Joke

A young Minister was hired at an Old County Church. He was given a modest salary with the stipulation that after a baby was born to him he would get a raise. After six kids the Elders of the church called a meeting to discuss the expense of all the kids. The Minister stood up and stated, " Remember, Children are a gift from God. " A little old Lady stood up and stated that rain was a gift from God too but after awhile you wear rubbers.
