I think...

SU to Houston and Texas Bowl
Pitt to Detroit and Little Caesar bowl
BC to Shreveport and AdvoCare
MD to Annapolis and Military Bowl

Good thing about Texas Bowl is that it is in the evening instead of daytime when some people may be working, it's on ESPN and there are no bowls competing with it.

6 pm start our time

Weird thing is, neither team will travel well. Is this one of those bowls where locals just go to? If not, could be a very empty stadium.

Cheers,
Neil

I've been to the Houston Bowl. I've represented Baylor University at a meeting with Houston Bowl reps. This is a good bowl and they do it in style in the Reliant Center. Only problem as someone mentioned is if we can get Orange fans to travel.

My colleague @MinkNate spoke with #Syracuse a few minutes ago. Still not sure on bowl. Logic says Texas, still could be Shreveport/Military -carlson

Minnesota's student population is only behind OSU's in the B1G. I'm sure they're selling the bowl folks on the number of alumni they have in Texas. Whether they actually show up for the game, I don't know. They had a solid crowd last year but one that likely favored TTU.

Minny's own board claims they didn't send many to it last year and that the bulk of the 50K that showed up were Texas Tech fans and locals wanting to see Tech.

Neil

This matchup surprised me. Now it might not happen.
