Especially “land Oronde Gadsden”. This team needs all the talent the coaches can get. First few golden rules for coaches are 1) acquire talent, 2) develop the talent you have so you can win, 3) put the players into a position so they can be successful and win. We haven’t done near enough of the coaching basics.

i will add that we are doing better on the defense obviously then offense which was supposed to be Dino’s specialty. Changing coordinators and some position coaches hopefully have helped but we will see. This offense without Dungey is horrible. Dungey wasn’t perfect aka all of the INT’s against Miami but it was semi functional. This just plain sucks and it isn’t all TD’s fault. TD has lots of issues though.

Well, today is asynchronous learning day for my kids in virtual school hell, so I might split these up between the two of them and see how much they can accomplish.
