Brisket is resting nicely, burnt ends done in a few hours light Beers for now switching over to a new quarter of shiner bock. Nothing fancy here.

Made carnitas with a fresh sauce including some garden veggies. Made Mexican black beans, roasted some corn, made a fresh pico, and just got bunch of other sides together (line, jalapenos, avocado, lettuce, cilantro). Got a mix of 5 cheeses together too for NACHOS

Going through my octoberfest supply; blue point brewery right now and have some Founders as well.
