Hart made repeated bad decisions on kickoffs and punt returns. I was surprised they kept putting him back out there.

Hart is not very good with or without bad decisions. He runs stiff and when I a RB take a handoff and basically run with both hands/arms around the ball its pretty obvious he's not the guy for RB.
