Again, if his details were true, how would he know if he was never there? Also, Dad again said the kid never went there. So the Dad could be shown as the liar if the kid can describe the interior of the house and rooms. 4. He himself has been charged with child abuse. He claims he is innocent but lets assume he is guilty. We have heard professionals say that people who are abused as kids, sometimes end up as abusers as adults. So him being accused of the same thing might be understandable versus dismissing his story simply because he too may be an abuser. His whole story comes across as messed up, but there was enough credibility for the investigators to go to Albany. He seems like he himself is pretty messed up. But IF he was sexually abused as a kid by his father and Bernie, maybe that is why he is messed up. His own current issues don't off handedly make everything he has accused Bernie of BS just like it didn't with Davis. Let the facts come out before going off and claiming Tomaselli is FOS.
