Update: the photo is Dean Smith who previously coached Aston Villa as is now the current coach of Norwich (who have since been relegated) in the English Premier League. Haha this is priceless.

Done by some foreign outfit, it's got a photo of Bob Huggins coaching Cincy and says he coaches the West Virginia "Mountaineer" (singular) and a recent photo of Bob Knight in poor health instead of one from his heyday. This was a travesty from beginning to end.
