Spoiler alert.
#1 Kadary Richmond
#95 Maliq Brown
#97 Jaquan Carlos

I've seen a few of these lists without Eddie being mentioned. There are some pretty good players on this list, but I think Eddie will and has already made an impact. Seems like a leader and great teammate. Plus I think a healthy Naheem makes Eddie even better. Lets hope what we have witnessed so far extends thru the season.

Maliq at 95?!?! That seems way too low. And Kadary # 1 - wow. Would be nice to have him!

If things continue as they have pre season, Jaquan will have a much more impactful season for us than Maliq at Duke.

While I agree with this, I'm tempering expectations after 1 preseason tune-up against a completely inferior squad. I'd take Brown back on this team in a heartbeat. At Duke, sure, he won't have as big of an impact because of the talent & depth on that roster compared to ours. Does not mean he's not a better overall player.

We will see. Already litigated this in the other thread enough for now.

Than Kadary?? Im happy to have Carlos but Kadary is a whole different level of player. Any team would've been lucky to get him.

Yeah hes the top transfer for a reason… because its a drop off after him

Carlos creates for others better. Kadary is bigger. Their shooting is roughly equal.

Oh and Carlos didn’t bail on the program that was, objectively, giving him a very fair shake at playing time (proven out by his career and minutes after leaving).

Kadary is a good example of how good intentions don’t benefit players all the time. The portal gave him a chance to go elsewhere and instead of blowing up in his second year like I expect he could have here, he coasted for a couple years and slowed his path to the league.

Hes clearly matured from some of the interviews of late and I expect he finally has the year he could have had as a sophomore here.

kadary is the kind of player that *when* he decides to turn it on he takes over a game, but yes the word "coast" is useful here
