I am not so sure of the point this list intends to convey. It's trying to rank all the coaches by grouping them first into how many years they have been coaching in D1, then who are the top coaches in each group (years coached)?

What does it mean when JB is the "top" coach in 45 years coached? He is the only one in that group. So is K, the only one in 46 years coached, so of course they are the top, middle and bottom of their respective groups. I must be missing something.
