There is a date but no time stamp
This says despite the denial it is the Raptors


This one posted within the hour insists it's the Suns

There is a lot of misdirection and smokescreens out there, so you should be careful trusting what anybody says. Waiters is a guy some GMs love and could go before he even fell to the Raptors at No. 8.

Nice, OE. It looks like Phoenix is the spot - I think they're currently picking 13th (?) unless they move. But that's unlikely if in fact they have promised the slot to DW.

In my mock I have him going to the Suns, who better to learn from than Nash, and then eventually get the OK to run the team.
Look at that team.
Nash - Starter, then Telfair, and Ronnie Price
At the 2 - Shannon Brown and Michael Redd.

I think the Suns would be a great fit for him really.
