In this day and age, everything benefits the agents. Welcome to the NIL era my friend. So some agents get a bunch of leftover portal players that haven’t found a home to attend their “combine” and take 10-20% when they sign with a school…..seems like it benefits the agents.
I mean the big time talent doesn’t need to - and likely wouldn’t - attend such an event.Good idea, but how many coaches will want to wait 6-weeks to start filling the pantry? The big time talent will be gone before that combine. It’ll be great for the next level of guys who played at mid majors or didn’t get much PT at their P4 schools.
