Treehouse is a victim of it's own popularity unfortunately, they get so busy they have to be set up in a way to handle the larger crowds that they will put in especially on the weekends. I've been to several different Tree houses locations including the flag ship one in Charlton many times. I would recommend trying to them again when they are not as busy be it during the week or fri nights which oddly I have found to be one of the best times to go to Tree House. Their IPA's are definitely some of the best in the country and my personal favorite but they do a lot of stuff well including stouts, lagers, Wild Ales, sours etc. They also have a great canned cocktail program with about a dozen + varieties that they usually rotate.  They also sell their own spirits and coffee which I can vouch for and also usually have at least 1-2 specialty drinks you can get with your draft tickets that are excellent as well. I would recommend stopping by the flagship one is Charlton Mass, very cool location and they will have probably double the offerings Saratoga has as far as beers etc.

The kid aspect is the one part I am not a huge fan of I do agree with you there but they also allow dogs so the tradeoff is worth it.
