"@TrevorHass: Trevor Cooney just hit 14-of-17 3s from the top of the key. Ankle looks completely fine. Nothing to worry about there"

On top of that, Boeheim says he will be at 100%.

Understatement of the year would be to say if he can play well, it will be a huge difference maker.

Let's see... 14/17 = 82%.

Boeheim says he will be at 100%.

That's a lot of pressure for young Trevor.

This reminds me of Bruce Lee's comment in the movie "Enter the Dragon". After the guy breaks a board with a karate chop, Bruce says to him, "Boards do not strike back." Going 14 of 17 with no defender is one thing. Going 14 of 17 with guy's hand in your grill is a completely different animal!

2-17 with a ball boy defending?? ughhhhhhhhhhhhh

That ball boy is an elite defender though.;)
Lol...how many off te side of the backboard though?

dude is THE definition of a practice player... so far. Still has two years to change that.

Maybe that's Trevor's sweet spot! Hopefully, they can set more screens up there for him...seems he takes most of his shots from the wings and baselines while fading out of bounds.

Southerland seemed to be just like that. As a frosh at Midnight Madness he was a shooting ANIMAL from 3. Not so much in-game. Took him a while.
