* active means they intend to coach next year (there is one coach who coached this past year but has resigned/retired). They also must be coaching Div. 1 men's basketball, not other levels.

Brady stepped down at Arkansas State this month.
Hewitt was fired at GMU last year.
Heath is an assistant at BC. Not sure if you were including current assistants as "active".

I guess Sean Miller was the Xavier coach when they played UCLA in 2008.

I wouldn't have gotten Davis/Jones if I spent time but I think I could have gotten Ernie Kent and Dan Monson. I remember 99 Gonzaga and Kent got to 2 Elite 8s with Kent losing to Kansas and Texas.
