The answer is Maryland who has two teams in the tournament.
By my quick count there are 49 players from Maryland on the rosters of the four teams.
New York is a distant second with 24 followed by Pennsylvannia with 20 and New Jersey 15.
Duke & Notre Dame would be nothing without help from other states as each only has one player from it's home state.
Here is a break down by team as to were their players come from;
Duke 9 NY, 8 Pa., 4 Md, 4 NJ, 3 Mass, 1 NC
Maryland 21 Md., 5 Pa, 2 NY, 1 NC, 1 NJ
Notre Dame 12 MD, 8 NY, 6 NJ, 5 PA, 3 VA, 1 IN
Loyola 12 Md., 5 NY, 4 Va., 4 NJ, 3 Mass, 2 Pa
