Did anyone Tivo/DVR OTL on Friday afternoon (11/18)??? I am fairly certain that he (Schwarz) stated at the end of the interview that:

a) both Davis and Lang were interviewed by police after being interviewed by ESPN
and
b) that Davis was interviewed by SPD for 3 1/2 hours and Lang was interviewed by SPD for 45 minutes.

I am not interested in opinions or assumptions, just want to know who is recording the broadcast reports and can you confirm those facts? The video on ESPN.com is edited and only contains Ley's conversation with the legal expert and abuse victim expert.

That sounds like what I heard also...

...and now that you have that confirmation...what are you doing..what does it mean to you?

Jumping to conclusions of course- I like to have a basis for those kinds of leaps! I conclude that neither contacted Law Enforcement until after ESPN arrived in town with cameras. I also conclude that Mike Lang was not able to provide as much detailed information regarding dates, locations, or circumstances of the alleged abuse OR the Syracuse Police Department is not investigating the incidents of abuse which have passed the statute of limitations but investigating other potential crimes that are prosecutable. This quote from today's Post Standard is very interesting:

"I directed Chief (Frank) Fowler to allocate as much time and as many resources necessary to conduct a thorough, professional and complete investigation into this case from 2002 to the present," Miner said." (Italics added for emphasis)

No matter what- My personal philosophy has been and will continue to be- Hope for the Best, but Prepare for the Worst.
