Trying to Sum This Up...

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. In 10 years, 10 players (maybe more) failed a recreational drug test.

2. 1 player failed 3 drug tests, and was allowed to play.

3. 1 player failed 4 tests, and was allowed to play.

4. SU reported this to the NCAA 'months ago', and an investigation is on going.

Is that pretty much the gist of this?

Sorry I haven't read all the posts on this yet, but is it 10 failed tests or 10 individuals? I mean there are 7 failed tests right there with 2 players. Maybe it's less than 10 players?

It was reported over a year ago.

Yes and no. The school had a policy in place but seemed to ignore it. That seems to be the issue at hand. If you have a policy you need to abide by it. If you don't have a policy then it doesn't seem to matter.

On the face of it that is probably true. However, the NCAA probably expects a policy to be in place and will hold it against you if there is not one and it's found that players are using drugs.
