Didn't see anything in my preliminary search - is it not on Time Warner in NYC?

It'll be on MSG+, CSN, Fox Sports Ohio, Fox Sports Florida, Root Sports Pittsburgh, Sports Time Ohio, Fox Sports North, Fox Sports Midwest, Fox Sports Southwest, Fox Sports Arizona, Fox Sports West. I got those from my guide on Directv. If you don't get any of those, it's also listed on ESPN Gameplan.

So they are having a bday party for my girlfriend's nephew in McGraw on Sat. They have no problem with me watching the game but when I looked at the Syr.com site it is listing this as an ESPN3 broadcast. I know he has DirectTV but I have no idea how to find a game that's not on TWC somewhere or a major broadcaster. I saw somewhere that the game was also on MSGPL, is that MSG+?(seems like it is). I guess my main 2 worries are if this is an ESPN3 broadcast, will they blackout MSG+? I thought ESPN could claim the rights over the ACC network affiliates. And is MSG+ an addon or just a standard channel. Any advice is appreciated.

Mark how do you find out about stuff like that? Gonna be in Nashville, Tn this weekend for a wedding...can you help a brother out and let me know how to find out where it plays in Tn? Thanks man.

I'll be at the game but wanted to DVR it. I hope Time Warner doesn't screw it up for me.

They're good at that. We just switched to ATT UVerse. DVR works like a charm.

It's going to be Fox Sports South. That's basic cable here so you should be able to catch in anywhere.

It looks like it's Fox Sports Tennessee (I think that's different than Fox Sports South

Aren't you going to invite him over to watch the game and supply free beer ;)

thanks NashO! Are there any bars/sportsbars or restuarants you'd reccomend as a good place to catch the game where there would be northern friendly and maybe even some Syracuse fans? Thanks

There's Riverfront Tavern downtown on the Corner of 1st Ave and Church St. people only seem to show up for the basketball games though. The owner of the place is from Ovid, NY and has a few Syracuse banners hanging up. I went for the Northwestern game and was there at the end of the Tulane game; both times the owner wasn't around so I'm assuming he's just a basketball fan. They won't have the sound on but without Tennessee, Alabama and Vanderbilt playing in the time slot, you should be able to get the game on. I'm gonna try to make it there and if anyone ever asks where to watch Syracuse in Nashville, tell them Riverfront!

thanks my friend, the weddings at 6 at another Tavern just called that, "The Tavern in Midtown" so I may end up having to watch it there if they show it. I'll call friday to find out from the hotel we're all staying at nearby called The Hutton Hotel. If you think for certain you're gonna be there at the Riverfront Tavern let me know here and I'll be sure to swing by for the first half. Thanks again.
