Confirms Cuse is in the "Big Boy Club".

Click on the two links for the 1st half and 2nd half numbers.

Broadbrush: Decent games on FS1 drew comparitively like ESPNU, FS2 Drew literally only 1000s. Duke@Cuse game was the highest rated regular season game on TV.

Fun Fact for Rutgers Thread:

Saturday, Feb 1st Duke@Syracuse 4.75 Million Viewers on ESPN

Saturday, Feb 1st Houston@Rutgers 24k Viewers on ESPNEWS
(Yes only 24k viewers or less than the average attended game at the Carrier Dome)

Nine of the ten least-viewed games involved a Big East team.

Oof!

interesting that the acc tournament did so poorly.

keep in mind they were on foxsports1 and 2 and not on espn.

That's why they should have never turned down that deal from ESPN a couple years back. Exposure > Television Dollars.

Based on those numbers, Syracuse averaged a 1.0 rating and 1,589,105 (not including CBS Miami game)viewers for the nationally televised games.

Does anyone know if this is up or down from last year? I'd have to imagine it's up and I'd be curious to know by how much.

Seemed like everytime Syracuse played, it had the biggest numbers. Really a dominant performance, should set the program up for a lot of attractive games on Monday nights and weekends. Looking at these numbers, one would think ESPN is going to try and get more games between the big name programs in the ACC. Let's see how much extra money they offer to make it happen...

We're in the big boy club, but, wow, Duke must be the president, 5 of the top 10 games.

1,000 for a VCU/Boston College is really hard to believe. VCU has a pretty decent fanbase and you would have to think more than a 1,000 fans want to watch their games. Add in general college or A-10 fans, who may have a passing interest in the game.

I don't really know the TV landscape in the states but how many homes would typically have FS2? Is it a really low %?
