TWC Channel 98 in Rochester

As a result of my phone call (in which I said, "The only reason I have cable TV is to get Syracuse basketball games"), they did some checking and realized they had an error. They just called me back and said the game will be on channel 98 at 7:00 on Friday. It is an overcast day, but I can now see sunshine anyway.

LOL. If I said that down here in SC, they'd say, well we only show what we're told for our area. Virtually the reply I got when I bought TWSN for TW cable and asked about the Canadian games.
They'd rather show Laker games down here. How much sense does that make?

That's funny - I just switched from Time Warner to Dish because I couldn't get Syracuse football games that were on the RSN affiliates. Even though I'm not getting the two exhibition games I'm expecting to get all of the regular season bball games, many of which I wouldn't have gotten on the ACC Regional Sports Network with Time Warner.
