This rule was created to keep shady boosters away from recruits who might have trouble saying no to a new car or a bag of cash. There is no way the NCAA wrote this rule, or would punish a school for "boosters" saying "go to my school", "no, my school is better" either in person or on twitter. Has the NCAA ever punished a school for something a booster did that didn't include some sort of benefit? I'm just glad you're not in charge of recruiting for basketball or football. [/QUOTE]
