leg presses are for sissysOn Sportscenter this morning...
(1) James Harrison leg pressed 1000 lbs.
(2) Baylor's Shawn Oakman jumped onto a 40 inch box from a standstill start. Oh, minor detail, he was holding 70 lb dumbbells in each hand.

They showed a video of it on sports center. Guy is also like 6'8" 290. Incredible#2 sounds insane.
I was thinking, "Sheeeeet, I can probably do that right now." (Edit: Pats self on back.) Then I read the "minor detail". (Sheepishly walks away with head held low.)On Sportscenter this morning...

Just wanted to point out that, to me, it looks like he was holding two 35lb dumbbells, for 70 lbs total. That said, it's still very impressive and nothing I could do, with our without the dumbbells.
I'd go with you on that if he was 6'2" like me, but he's 6'9" and 285. He makes the dumbbells look small because he's a full growed man.

Leg pressing 1k is nothing, honestly. Most of our guys can probably do that, I used to get a few reps in over 1000 back in HS
