Two questions

I was just checking out the team stats and thought I'd throw a snap quiz.

There's one player (out of the 9 who get reasonable minutes) that has more offensive rebounds than defensive rebounds...who is that player?

WCW and Cooney. Which player has a higher 3 point shooting % for the season?

Try not to google. (I probably would)

I say Triche. He gets a lot of offensive rebounds.

Cooney is also shooting a better 3 point % than MCW which is a sad statement with how poorly he has shot it thus far.

Not fair to do this for what's currently a partial season, so take it with a grain of salt, but the poor shooting from the point guard position is historic: Mike's field-goal percentage of .369 is the fourth-worst for a Syracuse point guard in the last 30 years (better than only Hart in '98, Autry in '92, and McNamara in '06); the three-point percentage is also fourth from bottom, though the three-point shot didn't exist until '86-'87.

Even a meager shooting improvement from Carter-Williams - say, putting up the same numbers as James Thues or Michael Edwards - would really open up the offense and make things difficult on opposing defenses.
