Yes, it seems so. This was discussed in an earlier thread on the board that the NCAA was telling officials that they should enforce the new rules during the tourney.

Does anyone else think that our offense became worse as enforcement of the new rules became more lax during the course of the season?

It made a difference in the second Duke game - I noticed that much.

Certainly when less was being called as far as impeding goes it became part of our offensive struggles.
