The problem with South Campus is car infrastructure. Main Street and Bailey Ave cannot handle the traffic of 40,000 fans attending an event. The Metro line would help a little bit but it only accommodates those coming from downtown.

Thats fair. I’d never suggest UB support over a 35,000 seat stadium anyways unless it somehow gets into a major conference. But even a 30k stadium would cause major issues. Theres a lot of abandoned infrastructure around Lisbon and Bailey that could be leveled but Buffalo traffic really is miserable.
