Arizona up 12 at halftime. They've outshot, outhustled, been more physical compared to UCLA but the Bruins have somehow stayed within range. It shouldn't be this close the way all the stats are.

Arizona definitely the more aggressive team from the start. UCLA had a tough night shooting and only stayed in the game due to turnovers by Arizona but the Cats dominated. Glad to see Cronin lose.

I’m having a hard time watching the Arizonas, Kansas’, and Auburns of the world enjoying all this success, after committing what everyone thought at the time were very serious violations. None of them have skipped a beat yet we were handed restrictions that affected us for years.
The motto: if you’re accused by the ncaa of “cheating”, deny deny deny, and don’t cooperate. JMHO

Last season they were self-banned from the tourney, and the FBI allegations had been hanging over the program for several years, and that really affected recruiting there.

Not saying that isn’t the case, but one of them is Hops leading scorer/best player and Akinjo is the best player on Baylor.

Which kind of bolsters the main point in that, even after losing those stars to other programs, they’ve maintained recruiting and are still riding high. Both Kansas and Auburn are also seemingly unaffected by the allegations and/or ncaa punishment (aka: slap-on-the-wrist).
