I remember when UB football did something amazing. Might have been clinching a winning season, or getting a bowl bid (in the MAC, this is often the same thing). This guy is a big hugger. Man hugged Rev Gill for about 30 minutes.

I wonder if Coach Cal likes long, warm hugs. I am pretty sure Coach P is very very very very pro hug.

Yeah, they won the MAC and went to the International Bowl (where they lost to UConn) in '09. Aside from that year, UB Football has been mediocre, or worse, for as long as I can remember.

The hoops team made it to the MAC Tourney Championship Game twice in the past 5-6 years (losing one year on a last-second tip in), but they've been pretty blah as well.
