UCONN QB can run the football pretty well

I watched the boise state game and the kid is quick - but man he struggles to make simple throws/decisions. Not expecting them to score more than 1 TD.

I agree, I think he may present some issues and I think UConn will score some points

There running back Mensah is pretty good to but that O-line is not good, probably not as bad as FSU but close. Uconn's offense isn't awful so they may get some stuff going but there defense is atrocious. There starting a ton of True R-S frosh and apparently 3 of the few upper class starters they have are hurt and there availability for Sat is in doubt.

They've already had a rough season and it just started. It's not going to take too many offensive possessions by our offense with no breaks for their defense before they've hung it up for the day. IMO.

UConn might be without its leading tackler, too. Honestly, sell out against the run and force him to throw. We've seen our secondary make a jump over the last 9 months, as well as the DL. Keep the LBs home and let the corners and safeties play it safe.

if this were a basketball game it could be interesting, as they have 3 or 4 good players. except, it is football and they have 3 or 4 good players and we have like 50. if we don't completely torch them, i will be disappointed.

I want to explore the “We struggle against this type of QB” meme more. Nunes web site says it all the time like its gospel.

Is it the Dome? The color orange enrages dual threat QB’s and they go nuts?

My working theory is that a good dual threat QB stresses out all defenses more than a crappy one or a pocket guy
