i would think that the ACC would put in a clause where every year 5 schools can demand to not play storz for 3 years and can renew that clause at the end of every 3 year period.

If the addition of ND leads to a renegotiation of the ACC-ESPN contract, the $50M grows to ~$60M, as the number is three times the "annual operating budget".
