It may be worthwhile for them to reach out to Jacob Park, a 4 star QB that has left Georgia.  High school player of the year in SC two seasons ago.  Elite 11 participant.  The connection to 'Cuse is that he was born in Watkins Glen and has family history there.  They left the area for SC when he was 6 years old.  I spoke to him briefly last summer while my kids were getting his autograph at a "meet the players" event  and I mentioned being from Central NY and he perked right up and said he still had some family up there and enjoyed visiting.  And whether you view as a positive or negative, he does have a large NY Yankee tattoo on his arm as well.

He's got a great arm, and is mobile for his size.  He's just caught in a logjam at Georgia with another 4 star, a JR with a better grasp of the system, a recent grad transfer from UVA, and a 5 star QB from WA committed for next season.  He'll have his choice of schools to transfer to, and very well could end up following Georgia's former OC to Colorado State, where he took the head job.  But based on the family roots, and the kid's fondness for things NY, it can't hurt for 'Cuse to reach out to see if there's interest.
