SO what happens to the rest of his team when he has too few scholarships to house all those assclowns??

Send 'em away via Wiltjer?

The house of cards will collapse.

James Young is a lottery pick as well. But yeah if the current trend continues they're boned. Or you stop recurring and actually use these guys for a few years which would not be good for the rest of college basketball. I thought they were going to have to release a couple of guys last year.

You then look at a kid like poythress who is now relegated to off the bench. The whole come to uk and then collect your paycheck is losing its momentum.

I'll get excited once I see the problems start to materialize. I'm not saying Cal is a genius, but he isn't some clown with no contingency plans either. Either way, theyre going to have returning talent or new talent, but I do see how that could make future prospects somewhat leery possibly. I wish those were closer to the problems we had than the ones we actually do.

People make it sound like it's all one-sided, as if the kids aren't fully aware or complicit in the 1-and-doneness of the situation. I'd be very surprised if kids like the Harrisons don't 100% expect to be recruited over. For all we know the Harrisons or whoever already told Calipari they were leaving. And it's naive to think Wiltjer was shown the door. Sure he would have lost a ton of playing time, and that's a major incentive to leave, but he could have stayed if he wanted. Bottom line is they are big boys and they know the dynamics of what they are getting themselves into.

Didn't we essentially invite devendorf and Harris to leave with remaining eligibility? People act as if these are innocent lambs in the evil calipari schemes. I don't get it.

I have a feeling Andrew Harrison will still be a lottery pick even though he hasn't done anything yet this year. And Cauley-Stein most likely as well.
