Leadership for this team is certainly a problem. English being gone really hurts as he seemed to always be that guy when things arnt going well. Which crazy a guy not a cuse for 4 years but comes over for his last 2 n he is the leader of the team in those times. I don’t know what gait does or doesn’t or even how much can blame it on him. But as said a lot of the mistakes seem to be from our seniors which is just bad. How can they be leaders when they’re the ones making those horrible choices or mistakes. Someone anyone needs to decide to be the voice n leader n get into guys at times. Did see jake spallina give think kittle some crap after goal on a terrible switch on pick that left dude open for goal. But something has to happen.  Sometimes seems like no one wants to be the guy n all waiting for someone else to be that guy.

Either way as said they still control their fate n in good spot. But have to buckle down n fully commit n change n vow to not only play better but be better. Tall task maby. Maby a bad lost is what gets these guys going. Maby they get to big headed n needed to be knock down again to remind them. I don’t know just don’t seem st times our guys want it enough. Watching guys battling for gbs instead of helping. Not hustling to baxk shots up. Still forcing ball toward net as clock winds down n so far away not chance at score instead rolling it into corner. When things go wrong for us man do they go wrong.
