Cuse.com just got a fresh look.

"We have to go where the consumer is," Wildhack said. "If we can present a product that is easy to access and easy to navigate from their phone or tablet, we will better serve our customers."

Nice to have an AD who thinks like this. Running the department is like operating a $100 million business. Decisions should be made that appeal to the consumers daily. Hope this applies to the dome upgrades as well.

I like the new look and feel. Very sharp looking.

Hope they get around to updating the roster for football sometime soon.

Much better.

I'm working from a desk top. I'm going to respond with some constructive criticism. First, I thought the last design was very good, bolder than this "very clean version." Both are much easier to use than other university websites but I think they have a little work to do yet.

>If you go to any sport and scroll to the bottom the descriptions below each photograph in the latest video section are partially hidden so you can't read what the caption says.
>The women's lacrosse page has one line of type over another so I can't read that.
> The icon referenced in the text says, "Using the icon at the top right of the homepage, users can create their own unique log-in via Facebook or an email address. They can then select the content they want to see most, selecting their favorite Orange teams and student-athletes to follow more closely." When I click on the icon which looks like the head and part of a persons body everything turns gray and doesn't give me any result.
>Where are the rosters for each sport, esp. Football and Basketball and the coaching staff for each?
> When I click on the search icon it says I'm looking for...I type football in click and get a white page.

In all cases with any creative design you have a contract outlining what is required and dates are met for each section with a completion/launch date. You do not initiate a site without it being complete which in this case it looks like it has been. ;)

where do people view that site from? i would say for me computer 90%, tablet 9%, phone 1%. I am probably not near the market they are looking for for consumption, then again not sure what on their site I would ever use.

what on the site stands out as having changed? To me it looks like they cut down on presentation to make it easier to support. I know just playing around a little in my different browsers its very clunky. It has been configured for the phone users for support reasons

I use the mobile a ton when i'm at games. Would be cool if they partner for some concession deal at the Dome.

Error on the "Donate" page link... nice...

Send these to kstowell@sidearmsports.com

She is the designer. She should know these things.

Bolded: In the sport bar (directly below the schedule in the top middle). Go all the way to the right within that bar. Hover over "Links" and there is roster, staff, stats, etc.

The rest all worked on my computer (sign in, search/"I'm looking for..., etc.).

Also, if you click the menu button (3 bars in the upper right) and go to a particular sport, you can get a direct link to either the sport's page, the schedule, or the roster:

Really just want to see an updated FB roster. New weight listing/numbers etc. Small but will provoke some fun off-season discussion

I don't see a link to share news stories to Facebook or other social media.

I just responded back to the email that they sent announcing the site was live and they fixed the Donate link immediately. Might be worth a shot with this suggestion.

Less clutter and image heavy to promote interaction. This site was designed with the intention for mobile users. I rarely use my phone for Cuse.com, but they probably have enough data justify a redesign that caters to this audience.
