They can have both expand to 15 teams each. The P12 can add Kansas, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Houston, and Boise State. The ACC can add Cincinnati. So the B12 goes down to 7 schools (BYU, Baylor, TCU, Kansas State, Iowa State, West Virginia, UCF). Who is paying for that conference?

They can have a scheduling agreement. So 10 of the 15 teams in league play each other. The other 5 ACC teams play ND instead. So for SU we would have 8 ACC games, 1 P12/ND game, and 1 OOC P5 game. For FSU they would have 8 ACC games, 1 P12/ND game, and Florida.

The P12 could go to 3 divisions of 5 for all sports. North- Washington, Washington State, Oregon, Oregon State, Boise State. South- Cal, Stanford, Utah, Arizona, Arizona State. East- Houston, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Colorado.

Since the B12 wouldn't be consider P5 anymore, ESPN would then control 46 of the 62 P4 schools.
