When you have the best graduate program in the world in your field, your undergraduate program is going to be quite strong by default. Think of Wharton and then Wharton's undergrad program. There are countless examples. sometimes you will see a school where the undergrad is strong and grad is weak - cornell business, Notre Dame business, Wisconsin investment management program etc. but in specialty schools you are rarely going to have a weak undergrad program if the grad program is top ranked.
