Who knows if those numbers are correct. And where is UNC, UVA, or Oklahoma? But if those on the list are the choices then #15 is ND and #16 is SU. The current B1G schools plus RU plus ND/SU could get max value in NYC. If the B1G is willing to go to 18 to force ND's hand then #15 is SU, #16 is BC, #17 is Pitt, and #18 is ND.
