Is this a new rule? What about Rutgers FAMILY? And the Service teams like the Army/Navy game?

This in a nutshell is everything horrible about the NCAA.

While every American pro sports league has strict, central control over uniforms... the NCAA let's every school do whatever the hell they want, even if it means using illegible numerals, fonts and headache inducing color schemes. All in the name of selling merchandise.

Yet they draw the line at "slogans" on jerseys. THAT is unacceptable and requires penalty-inducing regulation.

What a joke.
