If you follow the link at the top (that cool blue different colored thingy), you'll notice that Vegas has left them out, not me.

However, Vegas has properly noted that they suck so bad, they might as well.

Duke's not going to be that bad this year, they can contend for a bowl with that weak OOC. Maryland on the other hand...who knows?
