Right now, even with an influx of good transfers and Owen Hiltz, this team is lacking that solid foundation. It's not going to be an overnight success thing and I think we are all going to be better off if we give them time and room to grow and develop. Hardy/Perrit and Nims came off a terrible year before they regrouped and won it all - I don't think this year will be that, but its we never remember the struggles that young group went through before they reached the top of the mountain.
