He needs to work on his snaps when the QB is in the shotgun. I counted at least a dozen snaps that were low today. Fortunately none resulted in tiunovers. However, the express purpose of the shotgun (vs being under center) is to provide the QB with another second or two to view downfield. When the QB has to shift his focus towards the ground to field a low snap, it defeats the entire purpose of lining up in the shotgun. I would imagine it also interrupts his concentration, when his mental focus needs to be on reading the defense, executing the play, locating the 1st and 2nd WR optins, etc.
