Freshman forward [URL='http://cuse.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=11168'][U]Stephanie Grossi[/U][/URL] was named CHA Rookie of the Week on Monday after she recorded a pair of assists in the Orange's 3-1 win over Penn State in its conference opener on Friday.
 
Grossi helped break the 1-1 tie by setting up teammates [URL='http://cuse.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=11155'][U]Julie Knerr[/U][/URL] and [URL='http://cuse.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=11156'][U]Allie LaCombe[/U][/URL] for the final-two goals of the game.
 
Her two points on the weekend put her into a tie for the team-lead with six points.
 
Grossi has twice previously been named to the CHA honor roll this season.
 
Grossi and the Orange will return to action on Friday when the team hosts Mercyhurst.
