Agree with points 1-3.

Point 4, my guess is three guards were in there to play up on the shooters. Nova was looking for a three so the goal was to have the quickest players out there to get up in their faces.

Point 5, not sure. There was still a good amount of time left. And they did miss the first three. On the rebound, things are happening too fast to consider fouling.

The ref's sucked for them too. Yeah, it killed the pace of the game and it was frustrating, but officiating is very seldom to sole reason for a loss.

Yup -- I know hind sight is 20/20, I know Boeheim has forgotten more about hoops than I'll ever know, I know there is a reason he's won 900+ and is in the HOF, but it definitely doesn't mean he can't have a bad day of work. I thought he dropped the ball at the end there. I didn't hear his presser, but I hope someone asked questions about your three points.
