In fact, I still see some of the new reports still saying this. 
 
Some others now say they are covered under the C7 exit agreement but as far as I know, only ND is paying the $2.5M...and some others say they (ND) were covered by their own special agreement that was different from the other schools.  I wonder what the agreement is with the ACC.  Reports are that they are covered under the $50M penalty agreement but maybe the fine print reveals a twist to that.
