ND is getting access to the ACC's bowl-tie-ins taking ACC money from the conference and why shouldn't ND throw a bone for getting 2 years of basketball money and Olympic sports having a good home. I bet Swofford is negotiating something with Swarbrick as Swofford would be stupid not to try and get something for allowing ND in early.
