As much as I love a good Hans Gruber mention, you're by far the biggest dolt on this board. And that's saying something. To quote Hans Gruber in Die Hard
"Who cares"
Met an SU grade yesterday who says his friend is one of he agents Dion has interviewedSome sight reported that Waiters would declare for the draft, which he responded...
"If you haven't heard something come out of my mouth it's simply a rumor..."
I definitely think he's gone, just posting his comment. Definitely a fwiwHe's gone.

Yo kid? I don't mean to knock you, but if you want to be taken seriously here or anywhere in life you should probably learn to speak proper English. I know this is just a message board but I have the feeling you speak in ebonics wherever you go.Yo kid i wasnt being serious, i was playing
I am the biggest orange in the sky fan around, and dont even consider the idea of dion being around next year
so this isnt breaking any news to me, chill
This. Especially since, as you've stated, you want to study journalism. Just because Bilas quotes Jeezy doesn't mean you can get away with botching the English language.Yo kid? I give Dion credit for saying the right things, but I give him no credit whatsoever for not caring enough about Syracuse BB that he blows off his last semester and screws the APR.
I'm sure he's gone but I have to give him a lot of credit for the way he's handled this. Saying "we'll talk about the NBA after we win the championship" and deflecting the discussion while the pain from the loss is still raw are exactly the right things to say.
I was also struck by a small thing over the last couple of days. I heard him say in a couple of places that he didn't want to disappoint his city and that he wanted to win the championship for the city of Syracuse. I thought that said a lot about him that he understood how much this means not just to him, his family, his team, etc., but to the whole community. This time last year I was fine with him leaving. Now I'm really going to miss him.
Do we have actual confirmation he's "blowing off the semester" or that he will leave in poor standing, or is this all unfounded conjecture?I give Dion credit for saying the right things, but I give him no credit whatsoever for not caring enough about Syracuse BB that he blows off his last semester and screws the APR.

Do we know they are even enforcing this tourney ban APR issue? If so, are we definately in violation if Fab and Dion leave in bad standing at the end of the year? This seems like a disaster for the NCAA if all the programs mentioned are banned from the tourney.

Yes, the same one who professed to being a good teammate this year and will now show who he really cared for the most. You've just described above who it was he was doing all the work for and it wasn't the BB team. You're kidding, right? The kid is a top 20ish NBA pick and he should be worried about Syracuse University's APR? The same one who worked his butt off in the offseason, never publicly complained about not starting and unlike Fab Melo, managed to stay on the court the entire season?
