Supposedly within24 hours according to the base ball "rumor site. Probably the Pirates. Once gone from the Yankee presure he might actually pitch like he did before showing himself as a oft repeated NYC choke Eve Randy Johnson couldn't handle the pinstripes. I'm anxious for the cam to open in a few day or couple weeks. A lot of kids coming into the camp including Banuelous. Betances is interesting as well. Both will be given an opportunity to make it on the team regardless of the off season acquisitions. Sucess puts Hughes on the block for a trade deadline move.Jorge Vasquez will get a chance to make noise at the DH from the right side . he might be bigger than Jones as far as impact in the batting order.;)Apparently AJ has nixed the deal with the Halos because his wife is afraid of flying. I suggest the Yanks hire a luxury bus and ship them both out in style on Rte 80. An easy trip really . A luxury bus with all the trimmings of television kitchen and toilet facilities isn't a rough way to go cross country. Give her some ambien and she can sleep the trip away.

AJ will pitch well in the lighter hitting NL, especially without Prince / Albert in the division.

I wouldn't rule out the unnamed fourth "mystery team" from being his final landing spot though. Talks seem to be way to open and reported about for a standard Cashman trade.

The Pirates and New York Yankees have agreed to a trade that would send right-hander A.J. Burnett to Pittsburgh and are awaiting approval from the commissioner's office Friday, sources said.

The Pirates will send right-handed reliever Diego Moreno and outfielder Exicardo Cayones to New York in return, sources said. Moreno, a 25-year-old from Venezuela, has split the past two seasons between the Class A and Double-A minor league teams. Cayones, who is 20, spent 2011 in Class A.

Getting rid of a dead weight in NY is fine by me. He probably has a good season but it won't happen for the Yankees. They will use some of those$ to fing a Lefty DH. Ibanez maybe. I love saying his name -- Rah ool.:p
