If I turn around and their "kid" is 35...then the answer is no. I have been in situations where people have tried to crowd my wife and I, let's just say it didn't go over very well. It was 3 or 4 "kids" of season ticket holders with good seats that wanted to sit with their parents, got in with cheaper seats and kept passing the tickets to someone in the concourse.
