Now when a team gets to the 2nd level... we got freshman LB's with little size trying to get off OL blocks from 300LB O Lineman.. We have a personnel/Fit issue coupled with players that are not physically ready..not to mention experience wise.. Jones is a great example.. a good ball hawk cover guy but gets eaten up on most running plays because he is not that type of player or at least not ready to be that type of player... NOW add in the fact that there was no time to install the scheme on the field and well.. its a recipe for disaster.. Dont get me started on the O.. I will be here all night [/QUOTE]
