Having no ESPN I spent the week channel surfing and hit the pro game in progress.What I noticed is that the pro game excels in the short inside pass game and short swing shots on goal rather than the big sweep. Yes they have those as well but they appeared to be more effective with the short quick stroke after good inside passing. If I were a coach I think I would emphasize that approach in my offense. I think I also have noticed this in the women's lax game.Attempting a long sweeping shot results too often in being checked out of position. Quick and strong gets more results. Thats just the way I see it. I admit my lax lax experience is relatively recent as in the last ten years or so.
