EXExcellent speed and has the ability to go up and catch the ball with a defender on him and come down with the ball firmly in his grasp.If he comes to our camp and is offered he might just bite. Shafer could actually get us our first top 25 class in decades if we add kids like Williams and Long. Howard isn't going to add any kind of value status wise but he could serve as a decent depth chart scout team player.
